WORLDWIDE SERVICE
Our core business is the service on board of seagoing vessels.
Highly qualified technicians operate worlwide on all the world’s oceans. It doesn’t matter whether your ship is located in Spain, the USA or Australia. We can be there quickly due to our proximity to the airports of Bremen, Hamburg or Amsterdam.
Our service coordinators take care of all necessary travel formalities such as flight bookings, accommodation or visa applications. „Everything from a single source“ is what we offer our customers in order to provide optimal assistance at short notice. Cost efficiency is just as self-evident for us as absolute adherence to delivery dates.
We always try to provide the crew with direct assistance by remote analysis and procure spare parts if necessary. If this is insufficient, we coordinate a short-term service on board.
Our technicians are equipped with the latest measuring devices and special tools to use all possibilities for checking and repairing defective parts on site. We document all accomplished work and material consumption on board and make the final service report available to the customer.

In our workshop we have the possibility to check different modules.
Spare parts
We have more than 1,000 standard and special spare parts available in our extensive main warehouse.
New development and conversion
On customer request, we develop complete control systems or state-of-the-art installations.
Projects and partners
Since 2011 we are working together with other companies and institutions on the MariTIM project.
